Service Description

Interested in developing and learning safe operation of mobile elevated work platforms? MEWPs are widely used in the industry, requiring training on safe use and knowledge of associated hazards such as falls, tipping, live wire contact, and proper procedures for scissor lifts and boom lifts. This program deepens understanding of MEWPs or expands existing knowledge, applicable to operators including plumbers, electricians, steel workers, warehouse workers, construction workers, and inspectors. In this course we develop the skills and knowledge to safely use boom lifts and scissor lifts. You will learn how to operate a variety of different lifts. The knowledge you will learn includes pre-operation inspection, directional control of equipment, rescue auxiliary, fueling, and safe use.
